Default Question about my tires and rims.

My stock rims and tires are 17 by 7 wide. My question is. What is the widest 17" rim I could fit my stock tires on? I want to get new rims but want to keep my current tires to save money. Thanks for your help Forumz.

The stock tire has a recommended range of 7-9'' wide. I have no idea on the max width someone could do but I've seen some pretty crazy stretch put on some tires. Guessing I'd say that tire could be stretched onto a 12'' + rim width.

I'd only go as wide as 10" max.

Most people upgrade the tires too. But, a 9" wide rim will accommodate pretty much any tire that you want to use in the future.
