Yea this forum will find a way to open you (and your wallet) to new ideas and all the tiny little details ya never even thought about doing to your truck. Beware of Jaron (double0ram) though he is a second gen addict. Just pickin, he is a good guy to talk to though when it comes to mods for second gens because I am sure he has covered just about all of them on his What I Want to Do List lol

Well Guys here is my starting point with this truck. Shes got some dents and scratches, 190750 miles, tweeters in the pillars blown but dont worry Im hoping on something ALOT better placement. Not a bad deal for 2750 I mean this truck was a push truck for a car auction called Drive Time and thats who I directly bought it from.

I wish I could do more sooner. Work is slow for me like lucky if I get 20 hours a week right now. And being a High School Graduate, having new bills to pay that I don't understand quite yet and gas isn't really helping me either.

You'll get through it. Best advice I can give you is make sure ya keep at least a month of bills worth in your bank at all times in case of that oh crap moment. Other than that enjoy modding and keep us updated. Always good to have a game plan and hell you got it down to the dates so I think you got a pretty set plan.

Exactly. There's a lot of mods you can do that are really cheap, plasti-dip for example.
EBay is awesome too.

Good looking truck though! The dash is pretty rough. The dash cover you ordered, is it just a carpet one?

Yea I had a game plan with the jeep and it was finished within a year but now My insurance went up 300 more every six months and I give my parents 100 a month to live eat sleep here with out arguements, Phone bill is 60 a month, Gas is 65 a week, girlfriend is usually 50 to 80 a week. But I do some work on the side like I go help some of my friends lawn business when not working or go work for another one of my friends commerical fishing company. I try to bring in enough to make alittle and spoil my truck alittle. The only reason why I Already ordered dash covers and getting tint is some grad money I have.

I've always been told work til your dead and for me its either working at work, with girlfriend or trucks haha

Yea I plasti dipped my wheels on my jeep when I had it but I'm not a real big fan of these wheels so im gonna let them be til I can afford something different. I find some good stuff on ebay but I have had some bad experiences with stuff from ebay. I ordered led tail ights for my jeep and got screwed led lights didn't last but a few weeks and I put resistors to it. Did some research on the seller and see a lot more people got screwed by him too. Yea the dash cover is just a suede cover for now. Ill get a actual dash cap hopefully in October. Id like to find a silver roll on bed liner or a color matched bed liner and do something with the bumpers and silver on the bottom. I know there is monster liner but I think I can wait til January when I might get more work. One day Ill order the color chips and see which would look the best.
