about ready to order the Bilstein ride height adjustables and will need help putting them on...called Les Schwab and the guy tells me he has never heard of them. But of course they sell the lift using the puck disk or whatever. I think i will go ahead and order the Bilsteins and worry about the install part later. The more I research, Bilsteins really do seem to be the way to go. I figured since i will need an alignment i would just have the do them do the install. Anyone have any tips for me ?

Great call!
You will need a spring compressor to separate the stock coil from the shock.
Other than that, its like installing another shock
Providing you know how to do this

Who would be kind enough to point me to the best write-up on installing these 5100's. they arrived yesterday and I'd like to install on Saturday. I've installed new shocks and springs on my wrangler with great luck but pictures with arrows and specific instructions are always a big help! Or videos?

Thanks in advance!!

i agree with everybody else, i just installed mine thursday and i love the way my truck looks, sits just under an inch higher in the back but the truck looks level and mine are set at 2.1, the ride is a little bit firmer but i love the way it rides and feels, def the best way to level the truck fairly easy to install too, there are some write ups on here that show you how to install the bilsteins

Yes sir. Those are the ones.
Did you need a set? I can certainly price you out a set (fronts) shipped to your house.

Thanks for the quick response, but no thanks I luckily have a great source for parts.. Are the leveling kit spacers ever used along with the bilsteins? Or will it be too much? Thanks again
