If anything should happen, they have to prove without a doubt whether or not the "mod" in question caused it so each dealership may have different opinions.

Cold air intakes and exhaust are fine under warranty, Mopar sells these things through their accessories department. At the dealer I work at we just put a set of mopar headers on a 2008 300 srt8 so I'm guessing headers will most likely not affect warranty either. Throttle bodies is a grey area because If something goes wrong with it causing damage to your engine and you set any kind of throttle body code the dealer could be a dick and say "sorry roundeye, your problem now!" But I would be surprised

I would say it depends on your dealer.

-Technically- The law is that they have to Prove that the aftermarket modification caused the failure. But, You know in reality you're going to play hell with them should they 'feel' something is to blame or just want to push the issue and use it as an excuse. I had 33" tires on my last truck and would switch them back to the stockers every time I took it to the dealer just so they couldn't blame the tire size for a failure. They could reasonably say "your transmission is slipping because your tires are too big" but I would disagree with that and so the time consuming, frustrating mess would begin.... Heck, had my tranny ever failed, I may very well have lost that fight. It didn't
