Default Fan Clutch issue?

I just bought a 2009 dodge RAM 1500 4.7L. While looking at some crap under the hood, I noticed that my fan didn't seem to be spinning as fast as I would think it should. I was able to stop it with my hand without that much effort. Is this normal? I don't think it would be. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Has it been over heating ?, while I have never tried to stop a clutch fan with my hand I do know if the fan Tstat doe's not get to the pre-set temp that's what it is suppose to do. I would check it when it's up to full operating temp shut it off and spin the fan by hand and see if it just spins or if there is drag on the fan. If it's good it will not make a complete revolution.

Thanks for the reply! No it hasn't been overheating, it runs consistently at 195 Fahrenheit. I did what you said at after I shut it off after it ran at operating temp, when I spun the fan it only moved about 4-6 inches. So I think I'm Good.
