Default 430n uconnect issue

I have a 430n and it's sync'd with my phone. Sometimes I just don't want to talk to someone and if I tap the ignore option I often get the "in coming call" message several times over the next 10 minutes even though there is no call coming in.

I have turned off the radio, disabled the bluetooth and even stopped the truck, removed the key and opened the door to no avail. I took it in and they did an update which did cut down on how often it happens but i'm about to rip this thing out and go with something else.

Anyone have a fix for this or should I start shopping for something else?

what phone do you have and are you just not wanting to talk to one person or is it "no calls at all for the moment"?

I have a basic samsung. Not a smart phone.

I like to listen to my music when I drive and in most cases I don't answer numbers I don't know if it's not an area code for Az. I've been getting telemarketers lately and it annoys me to no end.

It's not my phone or at least I don't think it's my phone. I get the in coming call message even if I power off my phone. Last time it did this I pulled the battery out of the phone and was about to pull battery cables off the truck.

Can you imagine every 30-45 seconds a message comes in saying "in coming call" but your phone doesn't even have a battery in it and blue tooth was disconnected the 3rd time it happened?

CAn you do me a favor? Drop the glovebox down toward the floor and look inside the dash to the far right. You'll see a module about 4"x6". CAn you tell me the PN on it? Also if the PN ends in "AG", have you performed the Uconnect SW update yet? Thanks

I will take a look tomorrow when I'm off work. Been really busy and just left the bluetooth disconnected lately for fear of it doing this again. As for updates I had an update done back in September that had something to do with the radio. all my files were rearranged and had to reprogram stations.
