Default super misfire!!!

so ok i got all the obi codes that state every cylinder is a misfire. now recently my ecm took a dump and i replaced it with a used one. also replaced crank sensor cam sensor plugs wire cap rotor and all the good stuff. now i have a pretty bad exhaust leak and i believe the o2 sensor is about to kick the bucket if it already hasn't. will the exhaust leak coupled with the o2 sensor cause a multiple cylinder misfire ? when I'm at idle the truck runs like its high on coke and is very rough. when i drive though its fine. fuel pressure is good and all that stuff. any thoughts?

When I changed my O2 sensor my idle dropped by about 250 rpm's.

!st step in troubleshooting is elimination of the simplest, that being said, look down the air inlet of the intake with the plates held open, using a good light. Any oily film? if so, R2 the plenum gasket, a common cause of misfire, detonation, erratic idle, and a host of other things.
