Default Shift Kit

Anyone put a shift kit into their 2nd gen Ram with a 5.2 and 4sp auto, and if so any recommandations for the kit? I have a leaky trans pan so I thought I would do a trans service on it and maybe throw a shift kit in while it is open.

Well finally took the truck in for the filter change and had the transgo kit put in. Found out it had a broken accumulator spring, which thank god did not cause any problems. Got rid of my pan leak and not shifts fine. Also had them get rid of the backflow valve at the rad.

Total was $615 Canadian. That was with a new shift solenoid that was recommended by a trans specialist that has seen a lot of them go out soon after rebuilds and suggested it would be better to change out while it was opened up. Was a total of 3 hrs labour.
