Your best bet is gonna be from junk yard or Ebay. I paid $20 for mine.

Heard back from Chrysler Canada again. They told my I was being unreasonable expecting them to "keep their shelves stocked with obsolete parts", and to basically blow it out my tail pipe. Which is a pity, because I wasn't asking them why they don't stock their stuff. I was asking why they don't fully support their vehicles and what else can i do if I need to replace this part. Anyway I ended up going directly to Holley, the manufacturer of my current STOCK tb, and found out that they do still make them!!! Not the original, however they have a new aftermarket designed for my '95 engine. It will cost me $450 but I'm happy to have found that I can fix it!!! I hope this help anyone else who may have this issue.

Typically, OEM's only have to provide parts for 10yrs after a model release... then you have to chase down remaining stock on shelves, and rely on aftermarket parts.
