Question Trailer Light Issue (only one side)

Right trailer brake/turn light will not work. No voltage at the truck connector (7-wire connector). Fuses OK. I have pulled both fuses out and relays stop clicking. One fuse back in at a time and each one starts relay clicking. Trying to trace where this bloody relay is. Sounds like it is under the main board.

Anyone have an opinion where this relay is and how to test it (like swapping it with other light circuit relay) ? ? ???

Much thanks in advance. Hate to tow the RV with that kind of problem.
