Cool 4x4 Actuator

When my 4w drive became inop and front axle did not engage, I replace the actuator and 4w then worked. Just recently my 4wheel is again not engaging, the actuator is still new but loose. Any one know what could be problem?

make sure your vacuum lines are still hooked up and see if there are any holes in them. maybe try to tighten the actuator up again also

Take a look at the drivers side of the tranny crossmember, for two tubes, common disconnect area, I clamped mine with zipties, no more grief.
