Default Squeeky drivers door

Has anyone had any issues with their driver's door squeeking continually?
Have applied white lube several times, squeek goes away for a few days, then returns! Any advise would be appreciated....Thanks

there is a TSB for this. white lithium grease in the right spot (i think between the top of the hinge pin and the hinge then wipe off excess). i just fixed mine...more of a creak than a squeak..but gone nevertheless.

Had the same problem on my 2010, and it was at its worse when the outside temperature got warmer.

So, I shot lithium grease in there at all the hinges and such and it hasn't come back.

All my doors do it, my new truck sounds like a 25 yr old F150. I've lubed them up with everything I can find, including white lithium grease. Nothing lasted more than a month or so.

Last week I took the truck in to the Dodge house to have the doors fixed under warranty. They put some lube on it and week later it still does it.

Drives me nuts!

The more you lube it the longer it'll go without coming back. When you lube it you are also cleaning it. I use wd40 and it only goes a way for weeks or a month. The lithium grease keeps it away for several months.

good thinking on the garage door lube. if im not mistaken, it is Silicone-based formula is long-lasting and leaves a dry, tack-free film that won't collect dust and dirt. for me, i sometimes find WD-40 to collect alot of debris/dust/dirt.

Ive also used another product, which for the life of me im having a hard time locating, but i think it was Red Muscle Grease by Castle (got it form my mechanic friend in the past).

also ive read guys having good success with Wurth HHS-K.

Mine has just started doing it. Thanks for posting this. I was just going to try WD40 but I might try to find some lithium grease. Good info!
