Welcome!

I don't believe there are any kits out for the 4.7L. There were kits for superchargers for the 2007 and older 4.7L's but they are all discontinued(and may or may not work on the newer designed engine anyway).

I'd go with turbo(and am strongly considering it personally). Since it would all be custom done anyway, turbo will give more power and better mpg than supercharger. If you did it yourself(with the know how) it would be doable for under say $3k. To have someone else do it you're probably looking at $5-7k.

Of the 2 choices, a belt-driven "Procharger" supercharger with intercooler is the better choice & you're looking @ well over $4000. A turbo setup would be substantially more & underhood temps would rise dramatically. Adding to the cost would be a new exhaust including headers as you can't get an more air in an engine than you can get out of it, so to get the full benefit of a Procharger you'd need a whole new exhaust system -- just a "cat back" setup wouldn't do you any good as the cat converter is the major restriction -- you'd need 2 new ones that flow better. As the saying goes, "Speed costs money -- how fast can you afford to go?"

You don't have to replace the manifolds, it's very common to run stock manifolds with a turbo. I'm trying to figure out how to turbo mine and I believe I can do a remote mount turbo for under $3k (myself). If you have someone else do it expect double the cost.

And turbo is way better than supercharger. You get more power and better mpg.
