Angry what a week

Its been a crappy week The rear main seal went out I think? Its seeping oil around the bell housing under pressure and I locked my keys in the truck thank god my instructor has a slim jim here at wyotech lol Soo looks like Im dropping the pan and replacing the seal while im down there im just gonna replace the oil pump and flush the block lol oh well now its gonna start getting royal purple and k and n filters every time gotta keep the ol girl running in top shape

any tips on how to do this easier would be much appreciated I goat a hanes manual and have been looking on Mitchell to make sure I do it the easiest way any tips on other things to look for while the pan is dropped would be appreciated also

I'm on duty today so I can't access it, but when I get home tomorrow I'll give you links for a real manual (the factory one). You have to drop the pan to get the oil pump and to remove the rear most main cap for the seal on a small block mopar. You will have to lift the engine as I'm pretty sure there isn't enough clearance. You might be able to get away with lifting it a little without removing it completely. Getting that pan out of the way enough to clear the pickup will be the bitch.
