Default Left side tire wear

Hey folks I started to notice my left driver side front tire is wearing out on the outside wall. Usually when im turning to the right I hear a knocking noise of some sort but it happens once only turning. Has anyone else have this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

do you have a pull or wander? the noise could be a bad wheel bearing but thats got nothing to do with the alignment. but you can check the steering componets yourself with a bottle jack, pry bar and the wife.

put the bottle jack under the lower control arm close but not directly underneath the ball joint. jack it up enough to fit the pry bar under the tire. Have the ole lady pry up on it and look for loose componets. check the tie rods by having her shake the tires from side to side.

keep an eye on the bearing too, you should feel the same amount of play vertically as well as horizontally if the bearing is the culprit. but sounds as if you have a ball joint out.

Yea it pulls a bit when turning. I was thinking the same it could be the wheel bearing. I give it a try with the bottle jack, pry bar and the wife. If its what you said then it def needs to get changed out. I appreciate your help brother.

Yo folks I have a similar tire wear issue on the left front tire. I noticed that also my struts/shocks have alot of oily residue on the springs, mostly on the left side. My lower control arm squalls like crazy when i hit highs and lows inthe road. Mybest guess is control arm bushing failure and struts
