Stall coverter for sure. A 2800-3000 stall will make a huge difference.

Right now with no tunning the headers will hurt lower end trq at the moment for you. They only do their justice when your truck is tuned around them. You will loose lower end for top end, and a lot of people have complained of very bad jolting in higher rpms in the 3000 range with no tunning and running them.

A stall 2800-3000 will cut a good .250-.500 off your QM times which is HUGE. 60 foot times will be drastically lower as well. You can get a stall from Circle D here in houston for around 500 dollars or so. For the stall and installation it should be under a grand.

Like mentioned, on an 11-12, I would go with the converter since there is no tuning to go along with the longtubes. I prefer Edge over Circle D myself, but either will show better gains than a set of headers on an '11-'12.
