The 2011 and 2012 Hemis can not be tuned. There is a rolling encryption code that has not been cracked, and does not show a single sign of being cracked any time soon. Only option is to do an entire PCM swap from a 2009-2010 Ram from B&G. Or take your 2011 PCM out and ship it to them to get tuned.

New laws state that companies have to PROVE that your aftermarket mods are what caused the warranty problems. You also have to remember that each and every dealership is different. This is a mod I will be doing after I get my headers installed. I have personally called 5 dealers in my area and 4/5 of them stated they would have no problem doing work for me after warranty. One of them had a 2011 R/T and while I was on the phone asked for the number to B&G because he wanted to look into it . I would say there should be no problem as to keeping your truck under warranty with it.

YUP.

What you can do.. is buy a spare PCM... have that one tuned.. and if you have any warranty issue, just switch PCM's.

Then a tuner for about $250-$300 run a canned tune and call it a day..

It will void your warranty. They don't have to prove anything, you do. They will just refuse to repair your truck and tell you get a lawyer and sue them. I don't know about you but I can't afford to do that.
