If you boost then you're getting constant power, all the time. If you go bottle-fed then you have very moderate street manners, but you have power on tap if/when you want it. Having been bottle fed before, there's nothing as spectacular as hitting that switch and feeling that surge, it beats the turbo kick any day.

Nitrous is cheaper to run over the long run, and it's an extremely cheap way to get power. For our engines you have to run a wet system, so you can look at ZEX, Nitrous Outlet, or NOS. I personally ran a ZEX kit with an 85mm Nitrous Outlet TB spacer, and it was nothing but fun at the track, pushing my QC 4wd to a mid 13 second pass. You can also scale your nitrous to whatever you want you power level to be, the only restriction being the rotating assembly's ability to dissipate heat. A stock assembly can handle an additional 150hp shot and a 100hp shot regularly and safely.

Forced Induction is another beast and requires a substantial upfront investment, but you can normally expect a 40-50% increase over current HP levels. For the 4th gen you can have the RIPP, ProCharger, or Magnuson systems.

The button is addicting and cheap up front but up here with a 10 poiund bottle costing 100 bucks to fill and going through 2 in a weekend when i had my charger it was an expensive hobby

That's one benefit of a NANO system, you use pretty much all the nitrous in a bottle rather than leaving 3-4 pounds unused and still being charged $100 for them to fill.

RAMDJM, where were you getting your bottles filled? My friends and I have a fill station, so just curious where you were getting your filled in Calgary.

I was buying nitrous for $7.50-$8.00/lb at Rock Alta Trailers up in Bearspaw. He uses a good scale and only charges what goes in and will not overfill the bottle even if requested.

what system do yall recommend for a 75 to 100 shot on my 2012 truck? can I put the bottle in the cab? If I run a 75 shot do I still need the colder plugs? How hard is it to put in? I don't want to spend crazy money but a don't want a cheap system either so how much are we talking??$$??
