Unhappy Fan Blade

Anyone know of a good place to get a 7-blade engine radiator fan blade??
My 05 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi was running hot when pulling a 5th wheel camper. After checking out the fan clutch and found it was not working right, I replaced it. That cured the problem, mostly. On these real hot days it will still go over normal, I thought I'd try a 7-blade fan to replace the 5-blade and get a better air flow. The radiator has been flushed and new cooliant put in, radiator fins cleaned out, new thermostat about a year ago.
Anyone with any exoerience with 7-blade fans??

You sure all the air is out of the cooling system? And you don't have too much antifreeze in the mix?(antifreeze will not dissipate heat away, it will retain it, so you want a 50/50 mix with water). Just throwing that out there, don't know about the fan...
