Default Cold draft from under the seat?

Here in the northeast it's been pretty cold, in the teens and single digits. Anyone else feel a cold draft blowing from under the seat towards your feet while driving on the highway? I couldn't figure out why my ankles were cold when the heat was directed to the floor. There is definately hot air blowing out of all the vents including the rears. I don't know were the cold air is coming from. I don't have the center console or the ventilated seats, but heated leather. Any ideas? Thanks.

No draft here, but I've heard there is an exhaust vent of sorts in the rear of the cab behind the seat,,, Wonder if it's stuck open,,,,

I once thought I had a draft under the seat and traced it to the spot where the door handle was on the door. You may want to put your hand there and see if you can feel the draft. If so you can always remove your door panel and add some insulation.

I too have the same problem, I find my right foot is somewhat warm and my left foor is cold. I haven"t really thought anything of it until I read your post. Not only that, I noticed that when I hit the bottom for heated my heated seat...2 orange lights come on and within 30 seconds turn off. Does not work as far as I can tell. I'm bringing it to Dodge anyways but I'll mention the cold feet too...

I don't know if this will help. But what if you were to recycle the air in the cab?
I have the dual climate control and if I press the fan speed knob it recycles the air in the cabin.

I felt the same thing a few times! It almost felt like it was coming where the shifter is on the center console. It felt like something was missing from underneath the truck that is supposed to seal the cab.

I have an '09 and I feel a cold draft on my right foot. It is warmer on my left foot. I had the HCAC recall done, but it didn't make a difference.
