Very nice sound ! Do you hear it in the truck? What about the "noise, or sound" when you drive for a couple of hours on the highway?

The dynomax sounds great, you guys think I should go with a full system or just a muffler?

Just the muffler and save yourself a ton of money in my opinion! Unless you plan on doing some headers and a midpipe in the future, your stock cat back piping flows plenty well.

I think I'm going to do the full catback flowmaster American thunder. I thought about doing just the muffler and realized I'll need new pipes anyway because the muffler is a single in dual out

Denix, the sound is not to bad at all. You do hear it in the cab while driving. But it is not to loud. When I drive home to TN I really don't pay it any attention and thats 7 hrs. I have gotten used to it and I love hearing it when I put my foot in it. My intake is on now so that makes it a little louder as well.

AV8RAM my dynomax is dual in dual out. I took my Ram to an exhaust shop. They cut it off behind the cats and ran pipes to the muffler. Then after the muffler they hooked in new pipes to the factory two that runs out the back. The welder/mechanic told me it was a pretty simple install once the pipes were bent he put them on no problem. Let me know if you need anything else. This was a lot cheaper than a full system.

I just ordered the Flowmaster 44 series for my '11 1500 today. The local muffler shop said they'll install if for $100. If I had bought it from them it would've cost $250 so I saved myself $80 by ordering it from Summit Racing.
