Default adjusting sliding pins?

recently replaced the brake caliper, even though its tightened down it still seems to wiggle whereas the passenger side does not, this causes a clicking sound that is pretty distinct, this is also causing a squeak, can the nut be adjusted on the pin to snug this up?
