Default Drop questions

Hey all. What exactly do I need to get to do a leaf spring flip? Can I just take the perches off and reweld them on the bottom? Or, will a 2 inch shackle, and removal of the overload spring give me any drop? I usually only carry the kids hockey gear and occasionlly an atv. I have a 06 2wd SC 4.7 Thanks, S

You will prob' get a rear 2" or very close drop from drop shackles and removing the overloads.
