Default Removing jack bracket

Hi. My 1995 Ram conversion van has the bottle jack and tools mounted in a bracket under the rear seat. Does anyone know how I can remove the bracket? I want to put a bed in the back, and it won't be very comfortable with those bolts sticking up. Thanks.
