Detroit trutrac with a 4.10 r&p

The truck runs great so building the motor is a nice to have for me at this point. If it works out to where I can get it done while I'm gone then all the better. If not, I'll just keep on driving her.

Go with a pre vvt block so you can install a radical custom boost cam just my .02 im sure you will cover you basis

A radical turbo cam is almost the same what the stock 5.7 cam is.

Looks like a 5.7 stroker kit takes it out to 392. Need to call Mike next.

Frost - any shortblock advice (pistons, rods, etc or a specific kit)

Ok. we should all catch up this weekend if possible. I'd like to start ordering parts early to spread the cost out like last time.

things I'm already thinking about:

injectors
another fuel pump upgrade...A1000?
will an 88mm fit? should I go that big?
buy a stroker kit or buy a shortblock and sell mine?
bore/stoke to 6.4 or 6.7? pros and cons to either?
