Default Need help wiring this switch

I bought a 5 prong switch from Oracle and the prongs are labled:
+
NO1
NC1
C1
-

I am wiring up a set of LED footwell lights and therefore only have a red (+) and black (-) wire. Does anyone know how I need to wire this switch up?? I bought it because its got an LED colored ring on the switch and i'm using it for accent lighting. I know what the NO1 NC1 and C1 stand for I just dont know how to wire up the switch. WHAT GOES WHERE?!? lol

This is a diagram of it. Keep in mind that it only has 5 prongs and not 8. They just show both sides in the diagram
