Default wont shift

Hi, i have a 2010 dodge dually manual tranny, had the tranny rebuilt at 4500km and now there is 20,000km. When I back the trailer up (that weighs 5500lbs) an incline, if I take it out of gear I cant get back in gear. I have to shut the truck off to shift, or drop the trailer, for some reason there seems to be too much load on the tranny or diff, any ideas.

I will be going back for warranty

Hey, I noticed your from Edmonton, same as me. I have a manual cummins as well and have towed a similar load, but havent had the issue your describing. Did they tell you what happened? What was done during the first rebuild and what was the cause of the rebuild?
