Thanks.

Yeah my buddy and I thought about making a set but it's a lot of work and decided against it. If the 3rd gen hemi header's fit, then cutting the flange off and welding a new flange on is pretty easy, and I could do that in my garage, so would be willing to go that route. Just need some time. Unfortunately, my interest in attempting this is sparked again, lol.

Ill be in Orlando in about 6-8 Weeks. If you have a Welder I'll help you build a set for your truck. I'll let you use my flanges. I won't be taking my truck down this year like I was wanting. And I just can't find any used hears cheap enough for me.

Hey thanks for the offer, probably won't be able to build a set that soon though. I do have a MIG, and my buddy has a TIG, so between the two we can pretty much weld anything.

We should definitely get together when you're here though.

Default Why headers

i just got off the phone with gibson exhaust and the told me again that they are in active development stage with the 2008 4.7 header how it takes a lot of r&d and every other excuse they could think of.my question is why wait for something that is gonna cost to much.l am thinking about $600 and for what maybe ten or fifteen rwhp at the most.this is just my personal opinion but we live in the electronic tuner age.find a good quality programmer that you feel comfortable with for a reasonable price and extract some good guality horsepower.my first vehicle was a 1971 Dodge challenger so i know about hard part bolt on performance.

^they need a vehicle to mock up and finish development.

10-15 hp is pretty good for ~$600.
