Default 2500 Leveling

I found out since I don't have coil over shocks like the 1500 I can't level with the Bilstein 5100's. I'm finding out I can't do alot of things to a 2500 that are done to a 1500. First, what's the best route for leveling a 2500? If I put spring spacers in do I need to worry about changing the shocks to compensate for the difference in suspension travel?

Second I found out I can't do 20" rims because there aren't any load range E tires available that will play nice with the TPMS. I've been told the dealers won't change the psi ratings because it's a safety issue. Would've liked to have gone to load range D's to save weight and money. Not likely to ever need/use the capacity of E's. A bassboat is the most weight the tongue will ever see. 18"ers seem to be the only way to go. I see quite a few lifted trucks with 20's and 22's. I assume they don't have the TPMS????

I'd like to safely level the front and install larger rims. No wobble, no travel issues and no warranty issues. I like the Fuel Kranks and would like to have a bit of "dish" to them instead of the spokes at the outside face. (notice I didn't touch positive or negative offset?) I understand the factory offset is 4.5". I want to stay inside the fenders and definitely not install flares. Can somebody give me some help figuring all of this out PLEASE?

I have an 02 2500 with a 2.5" leveling kit (spacer on top of the spring). I did not change my shocks and have had no problems. I installed my 85dollar kit and payed 65 dollars for an alignment pretty simple If your worried about suspension travel and you can afford it id say replace them. The thing here is i do not wheel the truck so flex isnt a worry. I just drive it plow snow and haul fire wood on the gooseneck trailer.
2nd part of your of your question about your rims ive had plenty of 20's with tpms. Everytime i got different tires i always went to the dealer or just had the tire shops adjust the tpms sensor for the proper pressure of the tire with no problems. A load range D is plenty for a 3/4 ton truck. I have d's on my truck and use a 24' flatbed gooseneck and a 16' dump trailer easily grossing 24,000 lbs never had a problem and i feel safe driving it hope it helps

I have a 2012 Longhorn 2500 with the revtek leveling kit and still used the stock shocks and it works great, I also have eagle 20" rims with TPMS installed and it has no issues either. I have 275/65/20" tires that are Load range E so you can do it without any issues.

I've got an '06 2500 with a 2" HBS level, Bilsteins 5100's that are 2" longer and 18"s with E load range tires with no issues. No TPMS.
