Exclamation Acceleration problems!!! Please help!!

I have been having an intermittent acceleration problem with my truck. I have a lot of custom engine modifications done to this truck including a 1200 novi paxton supercharger on it. Though none of this work or any other work has been done recently. when the problem occurs the more i hit the gas the less it accelerates. Then sometimes when i start it or while driving it will just stop doing it and accelerate with no hesitation. I do find that when the problem is occuring i can put the peddle to the floor and it will not reach more than 4,000 rpm. it feels as if its going to stall if i continue to hold the gas pedal down. I have a multiple cylinder misfire code, a intermittent cam sensor code, and a ETC level 2 rpm performance code. I have recently replaced the catalytic converters, and replaced the cam sensor since this started with no change. Please has anyone experienced anything like this who could help steer me in the right direction.

Sounds like a possible throttle position sensor problem. It will code out in multiple different ways, sometimes not even leaving a code for the sensor itself.

Sounds like fuel or air mixture problem which could cause the misfire and hesitation as well as set off the cam code. But, I agree with the other comment it could be the throttle position sensor, mass air sensor or a map sensor.
