Default Leather tear repair

I have a small (1.5") tear on my driver's seat. It is on the front edge of the vented portion. Any easy fixes? I'll post pics later when I get home.

I had a small tear in my first 09 Ram that they just warrantied out. Seems the only way that I've seen to repair a tear is just replace the entire thing.

If you take it to an auto interior trim shop they can replace just the part with the rip. I work for a auto rexon company as a painter but the interior guy repairs some and take some to a local trim shop. usually around $100

In my case the tear was on the front of the seat not on the actual flat sitting section and it was by accident that I notice it . I think if you search this and other forums the leather seat tear has been a problem for many owners where their tears was I am not sure as it might have been in different places on the seat, but most have been resolved under warranty also I am not sure if the later models have this problem.
