Default 2002 4.7 o2 sensor no voltage

Hello all, I have an 02 slt 4x4. Replaced the entire exhaust system from the new Gibson headers, magnaflow cat converter, o2 sensors and the Magnaflow muffler and tips. The precat o2 sensor worked for 200 miles and when it was finally ready for the emissions test the check engine light cam back on and now theres no voltage going to or coming from the sensor. I have a scanner tool with live data reading and for sensor 1 there are no readings and a question mark. Any help to figure this out would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hello heres an update... I did a little more digging and found out that in some compassity the map sensor controlls the voltage to the precat 02 sensor. Put a new map sensor in ($50 @ Autozone) but that still hasnt fixed the problem. The only code I get is P0171. Have good fuel pressure and filter but still no voltage to the precat 02. Do these trucks have ground problems, thats my next adventure, replacing all the engine and body grounds. Thanks for any guidance. Dave
BTW as soon as I get some pics taken I will post them, first I need to get it inspectable. Thanks all
