My dealership actually ran a promotion. $65 for 4 oil changes... less then $20 each!!!!!! I sure jumped on that deal as soon as I could. I also got 2 free ones when I bought the truck so I'm not worried about this for another year and half.

I highly recommend Mobil 1 synthetic. You can afford a new truck, don't be cheap on maintenance. I'm a mechanic and I'm telling you, be preventative and pay a little extra $$$ for the good stuff and you won't be kicking yourself down the road for being cheap when you're faced with a large repair bill.

Loosen the filter a little and then drive a long screw driver into the bottom of the filter to make a hole, and then let it drain.

Advance Auto has specials- $29.99 for 5qts Mobil-1 synthetic and Mobil-1 filter. Buy 3 kits and its only $45/change with a filter left over.
