Default Plz some input, code p0601 and p1672

I replaced the governor pressure transducer and solenoid, along with new ATF+4 and new filter. Shifts great until its time to come to a stop and it's not downshifting right. A strong vibration coming from transmission. I'm still getting code p1762 along with code p0601 which is bad PCM, will bad PCM mess a brand new governor pressure soleniod? Truck is 2001 dodge ram 1500, 5.9, automatic trans, 4x4. Before I changed GP solenoid truck wouldn't shift out 2nd until 5000 RPM. Like I said before up shifts great, downshifts are bad.

i found this on one site, the guy only cleaned the electrical connector
googling P1762 for '02 dodge dakota. took me to a site where they had tons of answers ranging from a simple "clean electrical conections" to changing plungers/sensors as well as dropping pan ,change filters, oil and band tighting. Pretty intense stuff.
