Default short mayb?

ok i have i 04 dodge ram 1500, my trans temp light came on. i looked at fluid had metal shovings but ran good, got it rebuilt but no luck keeps coming on every now and then, sometimes when i start, or just sitting. use to just blink on for a cpl sec but now stays untill shut off and restart then everything fine. well the shop kept saying they kind find nothing so i took to another shop but they couldnt neither.they say its not over heating, also my seat belt light chimes untill i put it on and its never done that and now i just blew my interior lighting fuse. the temp light wouldnt bother me so bad if that od protection didnt kick in, any ideas????
