Default Can't shine up 3 of my chrome wheels.

Hey guys I just got my '03 Ram 1500 SLT and wanted clean up the 20" stock rims. The rear left rim turned out beautiful freakin' mirror shine, but the other 3 rims stayed dull and dirty looking. I tried that cotton stuff in the silver can and Turtle Wax chrome cleaner and nothing worked, I even took out my buffer and tried it with that but nothing. Any ideas or comments?

This may not help but once I had bought, stupidly, a set of polished wheels for winter. The only way to polish them in the spring was wet sanding them until they were dull and using Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish them.
I wouldn't suggest wet sanding but maybe the Mother's product on the Mother's Powerball would do the trick.

you could also try some chrome wheel spray for semi truck wheels. just spray it on let it sit for 5-10 mins and rinse off. IT WORKS LIKE A DREAM! to bad i cant remember the name...
