Default 98 ram 5.2 laramine slt random popping noise

i have a weird popping noise when i accelerate from 1500 rpms to about 2300 rpms . ive had my main bearings changed my piush rods and rockers repleaced im at a loss for what to do. the 5th injector was unplugged inorder to not build compression enough to ruin my piston> someone please help me in the right direction

Have you checked the intake plenum gasket and why do you think this is isolated to number 5 cylinder?
