Unhappy Power window problem

This problem that I have with this window is acting up quite frequently. When I either open or close my window it will suddenly not work.I put a new drivers side window switch and it ran good for awhile, but then it started again·I checked the connections with a tester and every thing was fine·Then one day when it happened, I lifted the window slightly with my hand and it started working again. What gives·Any advice would be welcome.Thank You in advance.

Might be a motor problem. Or worn down teeth on the gear for the motor that are not catching.
