Is your truck a 4 door? If so it is possibly coming from the third brake light. I have the same year model truck and sounds like the same problem. I took back to the dealer they told me this was a known problem with the 2010's but only took the about 30 minutes to fix. Hope his helps.

It is very common for the 3rd brake lights to leak on these trucks. Usually if that's the culprit the water will run to one or both(depending on the angle of the truck) of the rear corners of the cab and drip/run down the corner(s) of the headliner. From there it can fill the "box" under the rear seat or the floor area where your feet go.

Check the headliner. I also have a DIY thread on here on how to do a easy fix for ~$10 or $15 if this is in fact your issue. Search for it on here I think I called the thread 3rd brake light leak fix or something along those lines....if you can't find it let me know.

like the others suggested....I removed and applied a nice bead of RTV around my 3rd brake light a few years ago.

Snrusnak's write up is more than likely the cure.

I had this same issue with a 2011 I recently bought. I noticed water on the rear passenger seat after a wash. Checked the headliner and carpet - all wet. Also, I noticed the headliner was stained from long time leaking. I got on the forumz and did a search and found snrusnak's fix, did it, and then a water test....all better now.

I went to the local dealership and they took pics to send to the mothership, and they agreed to replace my headliner under warranty. All good.

It all points to the third brake light for that year truck. I did not have the issue with mine before I traded it on my current vehicle but I have read it does happen. I would check that first before I panicked because a 10 to 15 dollar fix sounds awesome. Good luc kabd keep us posted.

Have had this same problem with my 1997 Ram 1500 since I bought it new. You would think after 13 years Dodge would have solved the problem. I sealed around the 3rd light with silicone but after reading this I'm going to pull it off and change the gasket. Thanks for the tip.
