Default Horn stoped working

Hi I would like some help. on my truck the horn was going on by it self and now it will not work at all,Check the fuse panel and the fuse was good....

In my opinion if you have power to the plug then the horn is shot. If you don't have power to the plug then check for bad ground or cut wire. If you don't have a multimeter to check for power I would see if someone I knew had a similar vehicle and try and connect their horn to your truck.

I am not a mechanic in any way or shape, just my opinion on this problem.
