Default Hight way driving issue

Hi i have a 2003 dodge ram 1500.... When i drive on hightway and do over 50mph my back end of my truck feel like it going up and down. I got my shock checked and they are good.....Does anyone know what can be issue??????

Mine does the same thing at 60mph+ but its due to my rear tires being out of balance.
