Default 37's

Hi everyone. Im new to the site here but have been looking around for a few weeks now. So, I'm putting a 6" BDS lift on my 2010 ram, I was going with 35/13.50X20 on fuel hostage wheels, but now I see a lot of you guys with 37's. How does it handle those big tires? I got 3.92 gears, just wondering if it would be to much, I do pull a trailer with quads and RZR sometimes. How's the fuel economy? The rims are -24 and I got Bushwacker pocket flares. Would that be fine? Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the Z

I to lifted my truck and originally purchased 35's.
I quickly realized that it wasnt for me and swapped in the tires for some 37's and DO NOT regret it at all.
The only thing I regret is I have 3.55
BUT....that will all change tomorrow

Your 3.92 can handle 37's much better than 3.55s.
Your MPG will go down but again, not as bad as someone with 3.55's.

Now the question is, how often do you tow? Is it a heavy tow? If not and only the quads, you are good to go.

As for -24 offset and Bushwackers, that sounds like a sweet setup.
IMO, I would do 37's but it is also personal preference.

I am actually moving up to 38's

Lol. Sorry I brought it up lol

I'm thinking about doing 4 inch lift with 37s but my truck is 3.92. So hopefully it's a little better than 10 lol

You'll certainly get better
So 37's on a 4"?
Why not 35's on 4"
Or
37's on 6"?

It's usually just a single axel trailer with my RZR I'm pulling. I had a 2007 2500 with the Hemi before, and I put 35's on it, and it was a dawg I thought so I just don't wanna end up the same.
Hey fastnugly, what's your offset and size on your rims?

Hey fastnugly, what's your offset and size on your rims?
My wheels are 20x9, 0 offset on 37's
These are now sold and I will be getting 20x12 on 37's or 38's

Tbh, I'm still undecided on 35s v 37s. I went and looked at 4 inch lift with 37s and liked the look.

I can only do 4 bc of my stealership.

Again, its all about what you like and want.
What 4" lift are they pushing you? The Mopar one?
Do they not offer the Pro Comp 6" kit?

I know many dealers push the Mopar 4" (aka Superlift) or the 6" Pro Comp
