I did called and emailed, Mike Litsch emailed me back, he was helpful, when I called I got another Mike and he wasn't. As a matter of fact he was a little short with me, it seemed he was annoyed because I wasn't on the same level of understanding as he was.
Either way their website is great and I was able to figure it out on my own. For some reason my computer was not accepting their USB drivers, so I used an older laptop and it worked just fine. I believe that their may be an compatibility issue with their drivers and a 64bit operating system.
