Alot. From my research so far and talking to the 2 guys that have done it (one was extremely helpful, the other I can't figure out he did it as he sounded like he didn't know his ass from a hole in the wall):

2005 PCM, as much harness as you can get or you have to reroute pins, throttle body, electronic pedal. Easier to do from 04-05. The 03's don't have EGR, so a custom tune will be required to get rid of the CEL or else install EGR (no thanks). Also 03's only have 2 O2 sensors, whereas the 05's have 4. It doesn't sound like much, but modern wiring harness are not anything fun to tear into. That being said, the one guy I talked to once he was done, it ran, only had CEL's for the EGR and O2 sensor; for all intents and purposes it was a 2005 electronically.

i have one for my 02 RAM. havent noticed any MPG gains. havent really noticed any power gains either. not very happy with it

Actually talked to the one guy tonight, I was wrong, He didn't change TB or pedal. Just made me happier. I think he also has a harness he was making just about ready to sell.
