Just make sure you mark where the needles are before removing them our you'll have issues with the gauges not being accurate. PITA if you don't do it before removal.

You have to manually turn the needles CCW until they stop them gently keep turning and pull up. If you just pull then up you'll destroy the motors.

thanks, good advice on the needles. probably would have thought of that just after i pulled them off, lost the position and ruined the motors. lol

Help...I'm installing mine US SPeedo now and I only got 5 of the 10 needle stops. I just called and they are closed. My question is..has anyone installed one these where they had the 10 needle stops? It looks like the needle stops are the very last thing you install so am I OK to put the 5 I have in..get in touch with US SPeedo Monday...and then when they get me the other five will I be OK?

Edit: Answered my own question...YES! The needle stops can be done after the fact. Wheeeew!!! Now I need 5 more and wow are these needles tough to dial in just right..I ran out of light so I'm calling it a day and will retry tomorrow. Fingers bleeding from unplugging and replugging the cluster wires.
