Default Websterc - Project Boost Slut Build.

Well I have been meaning to get around to this for awhile and since I have recently aquired some time (Jumping Ship to Another Competitor for Work) I decided to tackle this.

I figured I will start this with a photo of what I was driving before this!

2004 Ford F150 FX4 Roush Charged

I decided to trade that truck in for the 2010 dodge ram 1500 Crew Cab once my daughter was born. I wanted something less "Modified" lol. Here is was the day I brought it home!

After promising my wife I was going to leave this truck stock, came my first modification! Tinting the tail lights

For anyone wondering I used VHT Niteshades, but I also use 6 coats of clear with wet sanding between coats and finish it off with meguires ultimate polishing compound, its been on the truck for almost two years and hasn't faded at all!

After testing the wife a little with the tinted lights I figured I would push the bar alittle further with the mufflex dodm 18 muffler... Sorry no pics... she noticed this and was a bit pissed lol

I decided it was time to begin blacking out the truck, I used plasti-dip to black out all the badges on the truck

Plasti-dip works great, although I have had to redo the badges a few times now.

So at this point my wife was getting a little flustered, I had made an agreement with her that there would be no more modifications to the truck.

I had to start getting creative lol

This was purchased for "Fuel economy purposes only!"

AFE Stage 2 cold air intake!
This thing paired with the exhaust made the most meaty growl I have ever heard from a HEMI engine. Absolutely loved the sound of this thing!

I was also at a point where I wanted more of an aggressive look from my truck so I blacked out the stock rims!

This was done with Plasti-Dip also... Amazing at how well that stuff holds up on rims!

Well here comes the big stuff!!

I Decided to take my wife on a little get away, we live about two hours north of North Bay Ontario, in a little town. This little town as you can imagine being two hours north of civilization has nothing to do in it! ahah

Our get away was to Ottawa Ontario! We spend a few days exploring the sites, museums and hotels. I used this time to also search for local "performance shops" happened to meet an awesome guy Spencer at 2koolperformance! He was so awesome I had to take home these boxes!

I installed this entire 6" rough country lift kit in my garage with a set of hand tools, floor jacks and jack stands... I do not recommend this to anyone!
