Default RAH radio in RBQ ram?

I need the aux hookup in my truck! I need my country! I have an 03 2500 hemi with the infinity sound system and have the RBQ radio w/6 disc changer and rds. Could I put the pacificas RAH in there? That already has an auxilarry hookup from my research. Thanks guys.

The RAH out of a Pacifica isn't a bolt in, the faceplate is different (I ended up with one by accident). I'm not sure if you could swap faceplates.

Pacifica RAH

Normal (like I have)

By "faceplates" do you mean the bezel that snaps in around it?
And it did plug right in though?
Thanks

It's plug and play, but no 02-05 oem stereo came with an aux jack. What I ended up doing was taking a Terk sat radio adapter and using that to tie in my mp3 player.

There is a Mopar kit to direct connect an ipod to the back with a cable.

I believe that you misunderstood what i posted
I was just saying that his particular Ram came stock with 1 of 5 radios
3 different RB1 radios, ( one of which has the ipod connector )
it also could come with the RBQ, or the RAZ
================================================== =====

I think that the information now needed is

Do the RAH mounting bolt holes line up to his Ram ?
Does the face plate shape & size fit into his current bezel ?
Does anything need to be trimmed or replaced to make it fit ?

hopefully the wiring that plugs into the back of the RAH, is the same as his stock wiring
that would help to make it Plug & Play

No, don't believe I did. As I have taken out and installed a variety of these head units in a variety of PCI bus vehicles, this is fact:
1. RAH code stereo out of a Pacifica will bolt in, but the center bezel will not fit.
2. The other RAH code stereo that I showed a picture of is a straight bolt in
3. NONE of the 3rd gen stereos (or any of the PCI bus radios) has an aux hook up in the front like newer head units, you have to get a kit to make it plug into the back. The one I mentioned using the sat radio hookup will allow any media player through a headphone jack
4. You can get a kit to hook up an ipod to any PCI bus radio. This requires pulling the head unit to plug it into the back, then running the cord out somewhere.
5. This is the only PCI bus (02-05) head unit that will integrate with an ipod, and it still requires a cable coming from the back.
6. The RAH isn't listed on your search because it didn't come out until about 2005 and they're kinda hard to find now.

To answer the OP's original question, no, don't bother with the Pacifica's stereo, it doesn't have a normal aux hookup like you might think it does. It will not bolt in directly. A non-Pacifica RAH (02-05) head unit will bolt in no muss, no fuss. An easier way around all this to get this, run it to your existing head unit (plugs right into the back), snake an RCA to headphone jack cable out of the dash and use any media player to your hearts content. This is the setup I currently have in my truck and my wife's Jeep because we got tired of making mp3 cd's.
