Cheapest way to fit 35s is HBS levelling kit, lol $80 !

but between those 2, body lift is cheaper for sure.

this would be currect i would do it with billstiens and a rear coil spacer though, it cost a little more but if you decide to do a real lift down the road those parts can be reused saving you some cash then, where as if you do a level kit, most of the time you can not reuse them when doing a lift just my two since.

If you're simply leveling, you do not need the rear coil spacer otherwise that will defeat the entire purpose of leveling.
Simply get the hell bent steel or the Bilstein 5100 (which I recommend) and set them at either 2.1 or 2.8 depending on how much rake you still want.
But the rear coil spacer at this time is NOT needed

What exactly do you want to do?
Another option is the RCX 3.75" lift which consist of a 2" spacer and 1.25" body lift. It's the cheapest 4" lift and this surely clears the 35's

But again, what do you want to do?
