Default Burning oil smell

'06 Dodge Ram 1500. 5.7 Hemi 4x4

Hey guys, havent been on here much but Ive had a burning oil smell on my truck for a few months now and its only since I had my exhaust manifold gasket changed at fountain tire. Ive mentioned it to them several times but feel like im talking to my dog about it, I get no where with it.
I crawled under there myself to see where this smell was coming from and its fluid dripping off of the lower rear nut head of the exhaust manifold with no signs of a higher leak (Didnt thoroughly look for one) and its dripping onto my drive shaft and exhaust. Its dirty like oil and I havent actually put it on my finger to feel texture or smell up close. But what fluid passages are there around the exhaust manifold? I read some place if the stud came out when taking the nut off of the manifold if it was over torqued on restall it couldve cracked the head or if sealant wasnt put on there could be a water leak. But coolant doesnt run around exhaust manifold does it?
Oh and I check my oil level frequently and never notice any major loss of it. Level always seems the same.

Also if anyone knows of website or somewhere I can find part break downs for my truck or free repair manuals that would be great,
