A melted ignition switch and connector is a common failure that will prevent power from making it to the blower motor. Check the dark blue wire at the blower motor connector with the key in the run position. You should have power and the connector should be clean and show no signs of melting. If you're OK here, pull the steering column covers and check the ignition switch connector for signs of melting. New switches and connector pigtails are available from a dealer.
